| Would it be possible to have a late submissions period? Say for 3 hours after the competition deadline, submissions are accepted but will bear a penalty of -10 points (out of a hundred?). | |

| In order to maintain intricate deadlines we have with clients and other people involved in the results of the contests, we would not have a late submission period. | |
